About more than half of my day, yesterday, were suffused with tautness. Well, I was actually doing an upgrade on Symbianism, and then everything went smooth as heaven, and its pretty much done. However, I imprudently without even using the plugin version check, I went and press the upgrade again, and from v1.3 it downgrades to v1.2 and then it starts fucking up the whole counter on the forum and I can’t seem to get everything back, so I’d need to uninstall and reinstall it, then recount it from AdminCP. Okay, then stressing out the whole time, I later fixed it, however the SD’s on the site went all sloppy, that I’d need to restore a backup of the earlier database of that particular plugin. Okay, then members/staffs with no further apprehension at all starts with their usual grumbling.

Thinking optimistically that at least I’ve get the burden of the day settled and need to start relaxing my mind, then, the other plugin, ThankYou plugin starts fucking up, due to the last upgrade of the myBB patch, oh god, and I started trying a lot of methods to fix it, however, I made it worst, that postbit starts getting rattled up, some threads are not being accessible and lotta problem, in the end, I had no choice but to restore a full cpanel backup, to restore the whole thing back to shape. And fortunately, I did a backup a few hours before the ThankYou plugin starts hunting the board down. However a few threads and posts were gone and one plugin I’d need to reinstall and all, so yeah, I got it all done, and with a big sigh I said that I’m glad its all done, and that time it was 4.30AM in the morning.

Ah wells, I definitely do not want to go that again, however, I’m kinda glad that all these happened I learned a few bits and pieces of stuffs in the panel, so yeah. If any Symbianismers are reading this, sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I’ll assure to be more careful next time. =)

Alright, thats all about it, and I’mma start packing and gonna head over to Taoyuan about a few hours later, and tomorrow will be heading down to Nan Tou(South of Taiwan) for 2 days of vacation. So yeah, thanks for visiting once again. See ya

I’ve recently made this logo for a sorta resembles Symbianism, its not what you think, a logo as in a header tempoarily, its like a fixed resemblance logo of Symbianism.

Just like many companies has their logo, like Nokia(the bold-caps font), Sony Ericsson(The Round Green Gem-like shape logo), etc.

The logo which will basically resemble Symbianism.com Forum/Blog name will be this:-
